General Qualifications
Our teachers and staff are required to have a strong commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and be able to give a clear testimony of this faith. They must affirm and support RECA’s Statements of Primary Beliefs. Teachers should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the field in which they will be teaching, preferably with certification and teaching experience. ALL TEACHING POSITIONS ARE PART-TIME
- Core subjects are offered between 8:30 am – 1:10 pm.
- Elective subjects are offered between 1:15 pm – 3:30 pm.
- Elementary teaching hours are between 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.
- This is a full-time school principal position with the desired start date of June 2022, (with possible training time prior to this). The preferred qualifications for these positions include applicants with a master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with at least 18 semester hours in administration, curriculum, supervision, or related subjects or otherwise meeting state certification requirements. Applicants not meeting the above requirements but having an experience base in the education field, especially at the high school level, and general aptitudes in administration are also encouraged to apply if interested in the position. The ideal candidate will have educational expertise, have experience in a leadership position, with experience relevant to managing a Christian school.
