Rachel is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Accounting. Her experience in the school setting includes two years as the school secretary at Northwest Middle School. She’s also worked in human resources and retail management. She has been a part of the RECA family since 2013, and was thrilled to come on board as a staff member in 2015. She has been married to her husband, Michael, since 2006 and together they parent two wonderful blessings from the Lord, Connor & Alaina, both of whom attend RECA at the North Campus. They are members of Redemption Church where Rachel serves on the worship team as a part of the Vocal Group. She and her husband also lead the Young Adult & Family Small Group. She LOVES to read, especially historical fiction, and NEVER starts her day without a cup of coffee!
